- Identify hiring needs within each department and create appropriate job descriptions and recruitment material
- Find and select qualified candidates while moving the interview process forward in a timely manner
- Manage candidates in the process and provide them with a positive experience
- Identify closing strategies for offers and proactively provide candidates with the right information to help make their decision as easy as possible
- Continuous optimisation of all recruiting processes and channels with a focus on improving the candidate's experience
- You are fluent in English and German
- You are a friendly, positive and empathetic person
- You have experience in recruitment, specifically in sourcing and selection
- You have at least 2 years’ experience in a related position (Recruiter, HR Manager, etc.) as well as an advanced understanding of the needs and attributes of a successful recruitment process
- You measure and evaluate your approaches and actions continually and adjust accordingly
